Surveyor - CST III Crew Chief
IMO Consulting Group Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm currently seeking an experienced Surveyor, CST III - Crew Chief, to join our Land & Construction Surveying Department.
Job Description:
This opportunity includes a range of public, private, and prevailing-wage projects. This position requires you to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage their needs.
Duties include:
Oversee and manage survey crew day-to-day operations.
Manage job requests as they occur.
Prepare and submit survey deliverables internally and/or to the client.
Ensure your crew members are performing tasks correctly.
Ensure equipment and truck set-up.
Type of work may include staking, monitoring, as-builts, TOPO and other construction surveying.
Preferred candidate:
CST-III level certification in surveying.
5+ Years of survey experience in the field and office environment.
2-year degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Land Surveying.
Position requires at least 70-80% time spent in the field.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
Great communication skills.
Proficient in managing teams and delegating work.
Professional demeanor and teamwork-focused mindset.
Valid Driver’s license.

Additional Details:
Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 and is based on skill set and experience.
